When you ask most people the best time to sell a home, they're probably going to tell you the spring. We've argued that you might be better off selling during the holiday season and not just because you'll get to send some fantastic holiday cards from your new home. This week we've been reading some real estate experts who agree with us.

It's easy to get stressed out about your home. Especially if you're thinking about selling it soon. Just remember the freedom that it offers you, the tax breaks, and the other financial benefits.
